The Berlin WelcomeCard is available in different validity periods, from 48 hours to 6 days, allowing you to choose the option best suited to the length of your stay. What's more, up to three children aged between 6 and 14 can travel free of charge with an adult cardholder, making it an ideal option for families.

Good to know

  • You will need to present your Berlin WelcomeCard and the user guide at the various eligible locations to have the discount applied
  • The Berlin WelcomeCard gives you access to the entire Berlin public transport network S-Bahn, U-Bahn, streetcar and regional trains (excluding excursion lines and exceptional convoys and special routes), on all zones A,B or A,B,C depending on the option booked
  • If you wish to travel to Sanssouci Palace in Potsdam, Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) or the surrounding area of Berlin : you'll need the Berlin WelcomeCard A,B,C
  • You'll need to validate your Berlin WelcomeCard on board the various means of transport
  • The Berlin WelcomeCard entitles 1 adult and 3 children between the ages of 0 and 14 to free travel on the entire public transport network
  • You will be asked to specify a starting date for your stay, but the validity of your Berlin WelcomeCard starts from its first use. You can collect your Berlin WelcomeCard at any time during the year from the date indicated on your Ceetiz voucher (without exceeding the end of the current year)
  • The Berlin WelcomeCard 48h and 72h are valid for 48h and 72h consecutively from the first use of your card : if you use a 48h card for the first time on a Monday at 4pm, it will be valid until Wednesday at 3:59pm
  • The 4, 5 and 6 day cards are valid for 4, 5 and 6 calendar days from the first use of your card: if you use a 4-day card for the first time on a Monday at 4pm, it will be valid until Thursday at 11:59pm
  • We advise you to enquire about the opening times of each Berlin WelcomeCard-eligible venue
  • The complimentary tourist guide is available in English and German
