Description

Swim with dolphins in the clear waters near Mauritus and see whales!

Visitors will be met by a team of professionals. Climb aboard the boat which will take you to the diving site. Along the way, admire the view of the coast.

The skippers on board will explain the activity and give you some rules to follow so that your time with the dolphins will be the best for all. Put on your mask, snorkle, and flippers, and hop into the clear waters! For 2 hours, you will be able to get close to them. Sea turtles, fish, and rays will also be in the waters and you may cross paths with them during the swim!

Next, head for the high seas to do some whale watching. You may observe sperm whales who live near the West coast of Mauritius. From July to September, you may also get to see humpback whales!

You will return to Mauritius in the afternoon.

Availability: Every day, excluding exceptional dates

Duration: 6 hours including preparation time, the boat trip, and the dolphin swim, a break for lunch (not included), and whale watching. The swim with the dolphins will last about 2 hours 30 minutes

Location: Riviere Noire, Mauritius 

The animals you will interact with are wild, the interactions you have will depend on them

2 types of whales can be seen near Mauritius: Sperm whales are present off the West coast and humpback whales come from July to September

Maximum capacity on board is 10 people

This activity is not recommended for children under the age of 5

Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult

Pregnant women are advised not to take part

Please bring a towel, sunglasses, and sun screen

If your team is unable to find dolphins or whales, our partner will offer a second outing at a later date.

The local parter reserves the right to cancel in the event of inclement weather (storms, cold, heavy rain). In this case, you will be offered a different date, or a full reimbursement

Due to COVID-19, you now have to bring your own snorkelling equipment - masks, palms and tubas. Moreover, breakfast and lunch is not included any longer in the tour.
