Description

Fly over New York at night on board a helicopter! You will enjoy an unobstructed view of Brooklyn, Queens and the most beautiful areas of Manhattan travelling down the Hudson!

You will head by your own means to Linden Heliport in New Jersey (easily accessible by train or taxi). Once you you arrive, you will be welcomed by your pilot and you will take your seat aboard the helicopter (6 seats).

You will take off and fly over Newark Airport before heading back to New York. You will start by discovering the south of the island: the Statue of Liberty, the port, the Financial District, etc. Your helicopter will then fly along the Hudson, and you will have a superb view of the One World Trade Center towers and the Empire State Building. You will continue your flight over Morth Manhattan, to discover the skyscaper from a completely different angle!

After having admired these illuminated monuments during the night, you will get back onto the helicopter and head back on the same route.

While completing your reservation, you will be asked to choose a time slot. Depending on availabilities, our partner will propose to you a flyover time as close to your demand as possible.

The exact time of your activity will be indicated on your voucher and will not be able to be changed.

Good to know

  • Availability and flight times:
  •  Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday : from 3pm to 9:30pm or 7:30pm to 9:30pm, depending on days and seasons
  • Duration: the helicopter flight lasts between 25 and 30 minutes
  • Departure location: Linden Heliport, New Jersey (easily accessible by train from Manhattan)
     
  • To take part in this flight, you must present your ID
  • You will take your seat on board a Bell 407 helicopter (maximum capacity of 6 passengers) 
  • A minimum of 4 passengers is required for this flight. If the minimum number isn't reached (rare case), we will propose to you an alternative time
  • Handbags and backpacks aren't allowed on board and must be left in the lockers available at the heliport
  • Only cameras, phones and sunglasses are able to be authorised
  • To take part in this activity, you musn't wiegh over 130kg
  • Children under the age of 2 must be seated on the knees of their parents
  • This activity isn't advised to pregnant women
  • Animals aren't allowed on board
  • Only the pilot will be able to decide seating arrangements on board
  • The pilot has the exclusice right to cancel a flight due to weather conditions (storm, extreme cold, heavy rain...) In which case, an alternative date or a refund will be offered to you
  • Airport taxes are included in your activity, being around $15 per passenger

 

  • Getting to the airport from Manhattan:
    • You will be able to take the train in New York Penn Station (390 7th Avenue, New York, NY) with the company NJ Transit (set aside around $17 per adult for the return train ticket)
    • You can take either the 'Northeast Corridor Line' - red line, or the 'North Jersey Coast Line' - blue line
    • You will need to stop at the stop 'Linden'
    • You will then be able to take the shuttle, which will be waiting for you at the station exit, to bring you to your meeting point at the airport
  • According to the day of your flight, above you will find the departure times suggested from Penn Station in Manhattan. These times are given as a guide. Please note that any latecomers to the meeting point will not be able to get on a later scheduled flight
