CEETIZ is operational all year long, and remains dedicated to ongoing negotiations with tour operators for its customers. This dedication involves finding the best offers and tariffs and ensuring that these continue to adapt to follow the rise and fall of the market.

If however, within the 24 hours following your reservation with us, you come across an identical or better offer on a competitor’s website, we will offer to refund you the difference, or allow you to cancel your reservation free of charge.

If this arises, we ask you to send an email to bestprice@ceetiz.com, detailing the tour provider, the dates, the price and the relevant website within the first 24 hours following your reservation with us. All refunds will go on to the same card used for payment at your time of booking.

Customers are able to cancel bookings even if they have already been confirmed. To do this, please send an email to cancellation@ceetiz.comspecifying your reservation number, the name of the lead booker and the date, and your request will be processed as quickly as possible. The date upon which we receive your cancellation request will determine the actual cancellation date. Tours/excursions/services stated as "non-r, non-transferable" cannot be cancelled or modified.

Cancellation charges may arise under certain conditions. All of these terms & conditions are stated in the service description and also on the voucher. In the case of cancellation, you will be directly informed of the cancellation charge amount by email.

As a general rule:

Cancellation 7 whole days or longer before the booked date: no cancellation charge.

Cancellation between 7 days and 2 days before the booked date: 50% cancellation charge.

Cancellation less than 2 whole days before the booked date: 100% cancellation charge .

All exceptions to these guidelines will be specified in the details provided for each individual service (in the details concerning cancellation terms). Bookings involving tickets, gift vouchers, or services taking place during a special period (or a busy period) are often non-refundable and non-transferable .

Customers using the CEETIZ site, or one of it's partner sites, are able to request to modify their reservations (excluding services that are indicated as "non-refundable and non-transferable").

a/ Up to 7 days before the booked date, no fees will be incurred for modifying your booking(*excluding services indicated as "non-refundable and non-transferable", reservations made on special dates such as new years eve, national holidays etc., or those that state specific cancellation/modification conditions in the "Cancellation Terms" category, which is provided for each service.)

b/ For modifications made less than 7 whole days before the booked date CEETIZ reserves the right to pass on any administration charges that may be applied by the tour provider of the service.

c/ All modifications mate to the date or itinerary of a booking are not guaranteed and will only take effect when CEETIZ confirms availability of the service in accordance with the requested changes. d/ For bookings that have already been confirmed, all modification requests should be sent to support@ceetiz.com and should specify your reservation number, the name of the lead booker and the date. e/ For services that are indicated as "non-refundable and non-transferable", or those booked on certain dates, it is not possible to make any modifications.
Numerous services will offer you the chance to 'beat-the-queue', either when you present your pre-printed voucher to the special kiosks at your specific location, or when you meet your guide at the specified location, who will already have your tickets. In the latter case, it will be clearly indicated to you in the information provided about the service, whether this 'beat-the-queue' offer is available.
