You’ll board the Louis Jolliet, an iconic ship in the region, for an evening that combines local gastronomy with panoramic views. Before departure, you’ll have time to explore the outdoor decks and indoor lounges while admiring the Château Frontenac, Old Québec, and the river landscapes at sunset.
At 7:00 p.m., the boat will set sail and you’ll begin your bistronomic dinner, made with local ingredients and prepared on board by an executive chef. Depending on your selected option, you’ll enjoy a 3 or 5-course menu in an elegant setting.
With the VIP option, you’ll benefit from priority boarding and a reserved table with the 5-course menu. This VIP experience also includes a welcome cocktail, a bottle of wine for two, and a digestif to complete your meal.
The cruise will take you east toward Île d'Orléans and the Montmorency Falls before heading back toward the Québec and Pierre-Laporte bridges, reaching Cap-Rouge. On your return, you’ll take in views of the illuminated city from the river.
After your meal, enjoy a drink at one of the onboard bars or head to the terrace to dance under the stars to the sounds of our DJ.
