Description

Drive your own quad bike through the mountains and discover the incredible landscapes used as settings in The Lord of the Rings!

You will be driven from your hotel in Queenstown to the departure point for your ride. After a quick but comprehensive training session, it will be time to take control of your quad! In a small group, you will venture through these normally inaccessible paths with ease thanks to your ATV. 

Along the route, you'll discover the magnificent landscapes that appear in the epic movie The Lord of the Rings! Many scenes were in fact filmed in locations that you can observe from the track.

At the end of this wonderful adventure you will be driven back to your hotel in Queenstown.

Important information

  • Availability: every day (excluding exceptional dates)
  • Duration: 3 hrs. 30 mins approx.
  • Departure times: 8:15am and 1:30pm (hotel pick-up around 10 minutes before the chosen time)
