Head out of Rome to visit a farm and cook a delicious Italian meal under the guidance of an experienced chef!
You will set off from central Rome in the morning and head to the medieval village of Mazzano Romano.
There, you will visit a farm that produces spices, eggs and fresh vegetables – all of the ingredients you will need to prepare your lunch menu.
The chef will lead you step by step through the creation of your menu. From the aperitif to dessert, you will be shown all kinds of methods and little tricks, which you can then reuse at home!
Once the cooking is done, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy your meal and make the most of your time in the countryside before returning to Rome.
