No matter what your level is, these classes will help you recharge your batteries and relax. In small groups of up to 9 people, enjoy personalized coaching. There are several classes available; the hours and days depend on the location selected.
Easy Hatha Yoga: An easy approach, ideal for beginners. You will concentrate on the environment and balance
Dynamic Yoga: A more toning approach, with some acrobatic moves thrown in to help improve your flexibility, strength, and balance
Pilates: This class is focused on improving your flexibility and strength
You may also choose a combination of pilates and dymanic yoga, in order to relax your muscles after an intensive sessin. Depending on the location, you may be able to have classes outside, either on the beach on in a park, on a the studio.
