  • Pick-up time: depending on your flight schedule, pick-up time will be confirmed after booking
     
  • Vehicle capacity:
    • Berline: 3 people and 2 medium-sized luggage items OR 1 large luggage item
    • Minivan: 4 people and 4 medium-sized luggage OR 2 large luggage
    • Minibus: 9 people and 6 medium-sized luggage OR 3 large luggage
       
  • Medium-sized luggage dimensions: 59 x 41 x 24 cm
  • Large baggage dimensions: 64 x 44 x 27 cm
  • Service also includes one small bag per passenger. Any additional luggage will incur additional charges to be paid locally
  • The transfer is only available to accommodations located in one of Tokyo's twenty-three wards
  • Your driver will wait for you 90 minutes from the announced pick-up time. Beyond 90 minutes, an additional charge of $30 per half-hour delay will be applied
  • A child seat is available at extra cost (max. 6 years, not available for the bus)
